Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your jewelry in its original Stoneage velvet pouch and protective boxing to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned rocks and settings, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
